Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care as a Registered Nurse in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff and support meaningful outcomes for patients and families. RN licensure is required; CPR certification (ACLS preferred) and CRRN certification preferred; one year of rehab-hospital experience is preferred. Initiatives include a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
