Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse at Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation program, you will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for fellow staff while supporting patients’ rehabilitation goals with individualized, compassionate nursing care. Qualifications include a valid RN license, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), and preferred CRRN with one year of rehab-hospital experience. This role is based in Colbert, OK, and involves direct patient care within a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
