Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate care as an RN in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and support fellow staff with complex patient needs. Utilize cutting-edge technology to deliver high-quality care and celebrate patient milestones. Qualifications include a valid RN licensure; CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN certification preferred; one year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
