Registered Nurse Rehabilitation Care

Lead patient assessments, supervise care and treatments, tailor care plans for rehabilitation, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, understand their unique needs to facilitate recovery, and collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care. Provide direct patient care when needed and support fellow staff with complex patient needs. Utilize specialized skills to facilitate recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Qualifications include a valid RN licensure as required by state regulations; CPR certification (ACLS preferred); CRRN certification preferred; and one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
