Job Summary
Provide supervised nursing care and treatments for rehabilitation patients; lead patient assessments, tailor individualized care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed. Serve as a resource for fellow staff and contribute to achieving positive patient outcomes. Requires valid RN licensure; CPR certification (ACLS and CRRN preferred); one year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
