Job Summary
Registered Nurse for Rehabilitation Care at Encompass Health. You will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, address patient concerns, and collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care for patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, support recovery goals, and contribute to a team-focused, compassionate care environment using advanced rehabilitation technology. Qualifications include active RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN preferred, and ideally one year of rehab hospital experience. Must be able to provide direct patient care and serve as a resource for staff, with opportunities for growth and ongoing education.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
