Job Summary
Lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, supervise care, and address patient concerns to deliver exceptional rehabilitation-focused nursing. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated direct patient care, support fellow staff with complex needs, and facilitate patients’ recovery journeys in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
