Registered Nurse Rehab

Assess, evaluate, plan, and coordinate treatment plans for assigned patients in collaboration with families and the healthcare team. Maintain accountability for patient outcomes while administering medications per physician orders and instructing patients and families on treatment protocols. Assist with patient exercises, provide proper skin care to prevent breakdown, and ensure correct positioning to manage immobility. Coordinate with the rehab therapy team to address functional skill impairments including mobility, cognition, and activities of daily living.
