Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate treatment plans with patients, families, and the healthcare team to achieve departmental goals. Maintain overall accountability for assigned patients by assisting with exercises, providing skin care to prevent breakdown, ensuring proper positioning, and coordinating with therapy to improve functional skills like mobility and cognition. Administer medications per physician orders and instruct patients and families regarding treatment plans. Requires an accredited nursing degree, South Carolina RN license, and current BLS certification. Located in Walterboro, SC.
