Job Summary
Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate treatment plans with patients, families, and the healthcare team to achieve departmental goals. Maintain accountability for assigned patients by assisting with exercises, providing skin care to prevent breakdown, ensuring proper positioning, and coordinating with therapy for acute medical management of functional skills. Administer medications per physician orders and instruct patients and families on treatment plans. Requires an accredited nursing degree, South Carolina RN license, and current BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina in good standing
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification
