Job Summary
Rehabilitation Registered Nurse role focused on patient-centered care in a hospital setting. Responsible for assessing, evaluating, planning, implementing, and coordinating treatment plans with the patient, family, and health care team; maintaining accountability for assigned patients; assisting patient exercise and skin care to prevent immobility; coordinating with rehab therapy to improve mobility, cognition, activities of daily living, and communication; administering medications per physician orders; and instructing patients and families on medications and treatment plans. Requires RN licensure in SC, an accredited nursing program (Associate degree or higher), and current BLS.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher)
- Registered Nurse license in the state of South Carolina
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through AHA or American Red Cross
