Responsible for planning, organizing, and administering patient care in the rehabilitation unit, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient patient care. Utilize nursing processes to evaluate patient's progress, implement care plans, and anticipate patient care needs. Must possess basic nursing assessment skills, the ability to educate patients, and knowledge in care planning. The RN utilizes evidence-based practices in patient care and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
