Registered Nurse - Regional Vice President, Clinical Services

Job Summary
Oversee Performance Improvement, Risk Management, and Clinical Compliance programs across the Colorado/Southwest Region, including infection control, safety, incident reporting, and regulatory audits. Develop annual training, implement corrective action plans, and lead Compliance and Performance Improvement Committees to ensure adherence to accreditation standards and current laws. Manage high-potential Area Directors and Clinical Services teams through hiring, mentoring, counseling, and annual performance evaluations while supervising payroll and time-off requests. Collaborate with Executive Leadership to maximize payer relationships, optimize recruiting strategies, and resolve escalated client issues to maintain satisfaction. Conduct site visits, prepare for surveys, and provide recommendations for process updates and technology initiatives. Available during office hours for surveys and after hours for emerging issues, with frequent travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License
- BSN or higher
- Minimum of five years of experience as an RN
- Minimum of three years in pediatric skilled home care
- A minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience
- Intermediate competency with computers and other technology that are utilized to conduct job functions
- Must possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be able to solve complex problems and function effectively and often autonomously in a stressful work environment
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Light to moderate physical exertion regularly such as: lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stopping, kneeling, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds such as: books, papers, files, medical/office supplies etc. frequently
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time in the work area
- Ability to transport oneself to and from multiple work sites
- Colorado/Southwest Region, frequent travel required
- Classification: Non-Exempt
Desired Qualifications
- Current RN License with BSN or higher strongly preferred
