Registered Nurse – Regional Resource Float Pool (Weekend Only Nights)

Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model while maintaining professional accountability and coordinating with other departments. Adhere to established nursing practice guidelines, the State Nurse Practice Act, and Mercy Service Standards to ensure patient rights and confidentiality are protected. Utilize unit-specific equipment to deliver care consistent with the mission, values, and goals of Mercy Health System. Requires current RN licensure, BLS certification, and one year of acute care experience. Involves pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with prolonged standing and walking during shifts.
