Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed in Crisis - Ellendale, DE to oversee medical, psychiatric, substance-use and nursing care for individuals served. The RN serves as clinical liaison until individuals are enrolled at another community facility, coordinates services with public/private health and social service agencies, conducts assessments and treatment plans, provides individual and family counseling, assists in educational curriculum development, monitors nursing care including diabetes and blood pressure, and responds to crisis calls per protocol. Requires RN graduation from an accredited program, and a valid state RN license (compact licensure preferred); one year of behavioral health experience preferred. Shift: Nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) full-time non-exempt. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse
- State-specific RN license (Compact licensure preferred)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a behavioral health setting
