Job Summary
Provide age-appropriate care to residents at Pine View Care Center, relating their conditions to nurses or supervisors. Demonstrate patience, tact, and enthusiasm while handling difficult residents and supporting the team concept. Maintain CPR certification and work full-time shifts across all rotations. The team values Dignity, Integrity, Service, Compassion, and Respect.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate in good standing from an accredited nursing program
- one to two years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed LPN or LPN
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- Must be a supportive team member
- contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept
- Must have patience

- a cheerful disposition
- enthusiasm
- the willingness to handle difficult residents
- Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition to nurse or supervisor
- Must be CPR certified
