Registered Nurse Rapid Response Night Full Time Orlando

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors; develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising plans; administer medications and treatments accurately and safely following physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions; educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance; collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care; maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record; shift: Nights (3/12 hour shifts), location: Orlando, FL; requires RN with Associate's Degree (BSN preferred) and relevant licensure; strong organizational, teamwork, communication, and computer skills; EKG experience and ACLS/BLS knowledge; fluent in English; pay range: $31.53-$52.24 per hour.
