Job Summary
Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate care delivery needs to effectively manage rapidly changing situations and ensure high-quality patient care within a 21-inpatient-bed mental health facility. Provide high-quality, efficient, and patient-centred assessment and management while working effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client care in line with Ramsay's core values. This permanent part-time role supports a team specialising in mental health, offering flexible rostering options and access to free counselling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum postgraduate qualification in Mental Health
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
