Job Summary
Conduct direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols while systematically evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice. Establish effective relationships with patients, families, and the interprofessional team to facilitate unique care plans and participate in collaborative decision-making. Develop and implement plans of care by collecting assessment data, determining nursing diagnoses, and evaluating patient outcomes across physical, functional, and cultural dimensions. Educate patients and families on measures that promote health, comfort, and restoration while fostering a healthy work environment through mentorship. Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to medical-surgical nursing, ensuring care is delivered based on age-specific and clinical needs as described in the department's Scope of Service. Maintain a constant state of alertness and safe manner while performing other duties as assigned.

- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
