Job Summary
The Registered Nurse in Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging will assess patients, establish intravenous access, deliver medications, and monitor vital signs during procedures. Responsibilities include patient assessments, initiating care plans, post-procedure follow-up, and collaboration with medical staff. Minimum qualifications include a BSN or enrollment in an accredited BSN program, current NJ RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, along with at least two years of clinical experience. Preferred qualifications include CRN certification and radiology nursing experience. Effective communication and adherence to hospital protocols are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current NJ licensure as RN required
- BLS & IV certification required
- ACLS required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Speaks, reads and writes English to the extent required by the position
