Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed Medical Surgical unit specializing in Orthopedics, Trauma, and Stroke/Neurology, including total joint replacement patients in the 10-bed Joint Care Center. Manage high discharge and admission rates typical of shorter stay surgical patients.
