Job Summary
Registered Nurse Manager leading long-term care operations with daily staffing oversight, incident reporting follow-up, and interdisciplinary care planning. Responsible for developing resident care plans, ensuring quality standards, managing department goals and budget input, and guiding staff through leadership and communication in a day shift (7:30am-3:30pm) at Unity Living Center. Must hold NY RN license and nursing degree; BSN and MDS proficiency preferred; strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational skills required.
