Job Summary
The RN Quality Assurance in Home Clinical Services drives clinical quality and consistency of in-home assessments, lab specimen collection, and diagnostic procedures performed by field practitioners, serving as auditor and educator to translate quality data into actionable feedback and elevate practitioner performance and member outcomes. Responsibilities include quality oversight, routine/targeted audits of in-home procedures (NPs, RNs, LPNs), and coaching to ensure adherence to evidence-based standards and regulatory requirements.
