Job Summary
Registered Nurse on the PT - Nights Neurology unit (A6 West) at Mission Hospital. Provides leadership facilitating the delivery of professional nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation) to deliver, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching to patients and families; unit focuses on neurology care including stroke, neuro telemetry, and exclusive Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) tests and adjustments to care plans. Eligible for a BSN and progressing toward BSN within 5 years; RN licensure in NC, eNLC may apply. Required Qualifications
- One year hospital nursing experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in BSN and obtain BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position
- eNLC license may apply (NC BON)
- Current RN licensure by North Carolina Board of Nursing
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification
