Job Summary
Registered Nurse responsible for daily clinical aspects to meet residents’ needs, including medication supervision/administration per federal and state regulations and company guidelines; may handle admissions assessments and documentation; develop/maintain acute and long-term care/service plans; may supervise clinical system tracking (e.g., wound/infection control); handle discharges and clinical documentation; provide health consultations, notify physicians/family of health changes, respond to emergencies, maintain confidentiality, participate in safety plans, and provide educational meetings for residents and staff; requires an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent, RN license in the state of practice, CPR certification, and 1+ years in skilled/sub-acute/memory care as a strong candidate for this part-time RN role.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent from a two year college or technical school or two years related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and applicable experience
- Registered Nurse license current in the practicing state with no judgments against it
- CPR certification
- Facility experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting (1+ years)
- English fluency for communication with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and third parties
