Registered Nurse Psychiatric Department - K5 Various Shifts and FTE Available

Assess, plan, delegate, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients while serving as a primary or accountable nurse. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease management, and safely administer medications per hospital policy. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care, establish collaborative relationships, and share responsibility for productivity and resource utilization. Comply with all nursing practice standards and actively participate in the Nursing Shared Governance Model by supporting unit councils and improvement initiatives. Engage in professional development, integrate research into practice, and provide a supportive learning environment for students. Perform duties related to the Charge Nurse or Shift Coordinator role when assigned.
