Job Summary
Registered Nurse (Behavioral Health) for home-visit PRN opportunities in Chicopee, MA. Conduct in-home behavioral health visits, delivering care at the right time and place, with weekend field runs and no full-shift facility duties. Requires RN licensure and nursing degree(s) with CPR certification; duties include direct patient care during home-based visits, patient advocacy, and coordination of care to maintain clients in their homes. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current RN License as required by state
- CPR certification with American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties
