Job Summary
Registered Nurse Behavioral Health visits in patients’ homes across Ware/Palmer/Monson areas on a PRN weekend schedule. Provide compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health nursing care in clients’ homes rather than traditional long facility shifts. Must hold an active RN license, have completed an accredited nursing program (diploma/associate/bachelor), and maintain CPR certification. Role emphasizes delivering the right care at the right time and place, with duties including home visits, coordinating care, and communicating effectively with patients and families. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate)
