Job Summary
Registered Nurse Behavioral Health Visits in Chicopee and Holyoke, MA via Elara Caring. Responsible for 1:1 home-based behavioral health nursing care, assessing and planning care, coordinating and evaluating plans of care, educating patients/families, and communicating changes to supervisors and the interdisciplinary team. Travel up to 50% within the branch area is required; travel-ready RN with valid license and vehicle. Competitive compensation ($85k–$90k/year) plus benefits including tuition reimbursement, insurance options, 401(k), PTO, and more. Requires RN licensure, HS diploma/GED, nursing program graduate, and 1+ year clinical experience; willingness to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
- Ability to travel within branch/office coverage area
- Must have dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
