Job Summary
Registered Nurse Behavioral Health visits at Elara Caring provide 1:1 patient care in home settings within Palmer, Ware, Monson and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include assessing patients and families, planning, coordinating and evaluating the plan of care for behavioral health needs, conducting initial evaluations and follow-up visits, communicating findings to the Clinical Supervisor and team, educating patients and families, and ensuring adherence to the interdisciplinary plan of care. Requires RN license, 1+ years of clinical nursing experience, ability to travel up to 50% within the service area, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $90,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- RN license
- Current, unrestricted RN license in state of employment
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
- Ability to travel within branch/office coverage area
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
