Job Summary
Registered Nurse Behavioral Health for home visits in Meriden and surrounding towns (CT), providing 1:1 patient care in home settings. You will assess physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, develop and evaluate the plan of care, perform initial evaluations and follow-ups, and communicate significant findings to the Clinical Supervisor and care team. The role requires travel within the coverage area (approximately up to 50%), a dependable vehicle, and a current RN license with 1+ years of clinical experience. Bilingual Spanish is encouraged. Full-time position with flexible days; tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits offered. Associates or Bachelors in Nursing preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current, unrestricted state RN license
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical care setting as a nurse
- Able and willing to travel within branch/office coverage area
- Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws
- Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
- Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
