Job Summary
Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) providing direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge. The RN functions as an on-shift team member delivering patient-centered care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers in a 32-bed intermediate care unit with cardiovascular focus. The unit handles diagnoses such as CHF, dysrhythmias, DKA, respiratory issues, and sepsis; new graduates and LPNs are welcome. This is a full-time night shift (7pm–7am) at 36 hours per week with a sign-on bonus. Requires current Indiana or compact-state RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 12 months of hire, with Baptist Health as an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications

- ACLS required within 12 months of hire
