Job Summary
Deliver holistic, high-quality nursing care aligned with clinical standards and organizational protocols. Initiate, implement, and continuously monitor personalized patient care plans while serving as the central communication link for physicians and specialists. Accurately observe, record, and promptly communicate changes in patient conditions, then execute physician and nursing orders to support successful discharge transitions. Requires Oklahoma Board of Nursing licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and a nursing diploma. Full-time day shift at Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted certification for BLS
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Professional licensure at time of hire
