Job Summary
Registered Nurse – Progressive Care: manages patient care using the nursing process, directs and guides nursing care, patient education, and related activities; collaborates with other disciplines; requires NY RN licensure, active BLS/ACLS (ACLS within 6 months), and completion of cardiac rhythm and stepdown education courses. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure recognized by the State of New York
- BLS or ACLS required with ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- Meets requirements of physical/pre-placement screening
- Completion of cardiac rhythm course within three-six months
- Completion of stepdown education course within six-twelve months
