Job Summary
GENERAL SUMMARY: The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the management of patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient outcomes. The nurse directs and guides the delivery of nursing care, patient education, and all care related activities, while maintaining standards of professional nursing collaborating with other disciplines as appropriate. We offer relocation and signing incentives and provide opportunities for professional growth, preceptorships, and continuing education while prioritizing safe patient handling and strong patient ratios.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current NY RN licensure
- BLS or ACLS with ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
- Cardiac rhythm course within 3-6 months
- Stepdown education course within 6-12 months
- Experience in specific clinical area as applicable
