Job Summary
Ortho OR RN Clinical Coordinator responsible for supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient-focused care in Orthopedic Surgery. Lead staffing, mentor and supervise personnel, support physician practices, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and ensure orientation and training comply with policies and regulatory standards. Requires BSN, Colorado RN license, BLS (ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate), and a minimum of 3 years RN experience. Schedule includes Days with 40 hours per week and potential call shifts; role supported by on-site DaVinci robotics and participation in a Magnet-designated facility.
Required Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited program
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license with the ability to obtain Colorado RN license
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within sixty (60) days of hire
- Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience
