Job Summary
Assess and plan individual treatment programs while administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures under Charge Nurse supervision. Count controlled substances and implement clinical aspects of care per established policies. Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form, attend mandatory staff meetings, and communicate critical information to physicians and supervisory personnel. Maintain current RN licensure and CPR certification within the state of employment, with a preference for one year of clinic experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification
- Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience
