Job Summary
Provide safe, professional nursing care within your scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and documenting care accurately. Collaborate with facility staff while working independently to follow each site's specific policies and procedures. Maintain clear communication with the staffing team regarding shift acceptance, declining requests, and reporting concerns during assignments. Demonstrate reliability by showing up on time, prepared, and ready to work for last-minute coverage needs across hospitals, long-term care, behavioral health, and clinics.
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid RN license
- Current TB test
- Active CPR/BLS certification
- CPR/BLS must be instructor-led and in person (online-only certifications are not accepted)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work PRN and accept last-minute shifts when available
- Must undergo a background check
- Must consent to participate in a drug screening test
- Must ensure all information provided during the application process is accurate and complete
Desired Qualifications
- Acute Care, Med-Surg, Critical Care, or ICU experience
