Job Summary
Administer medications in compliance with Federal, State regulations, and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Manage resident admissions, including assessments and documentation, while completing acute and long-term care plans. Track clinical systems such as wounds or infection control under the Director of Nursing's direction. Respond quickly to emergencies, notify physicians or family members of health changes, and provide general community health consultation. Maintain confidentiality, communicate across departments, and participate in the Safety & Disaster Plan. Deliver educational meetings to residents and staff. Requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and 1+ years of skilled nursing experience. Hourly rate $38.00–$42.00.
Required Qualifications

- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school
- Two years related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and applicable experience
- Area of Study: Nursing
- 1+ years
- skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting
- Registered Nurse's License current, with no judgments against it, in the state in which he/she is practicing
- CPR certified
- Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
