Job Summary
Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized plans of care based on findings. Provide clinical oversight to the caregiver team, complete required documentation, and ensure care plans remain current with North Carolina home care requirements. Travel to clients' homes as needed for additional assessment and clinical coverage throughout the week, with a strong preference for dependable Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability. This flexible PRN role offers $35–$38/hr W-2 employment for an RN seeking meaningful clinical work outside a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Dependable and responsive communication
- Current TB test required
- Dependable Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability
Desired Qualifications
- Home care, geriatric, or community health experience
- Ability to respond reliably to agency assessment and clinical needs
- Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality
- Dependable Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday availability strongly preferred
