Job Summary
Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer medications and IV therapies safely across ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Respond to emergent situations with clinical judgment, interpret diagnostic data, and support lab functions including specimen processing. Coordinate patient transfers and discharge planning, provide patient and family education, and serve as Charge Nurse when assigned. Maintain accurate EHR documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and providers. Requires current Washington State RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications. Flexible 12-hour shift schedule with weekend differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington State RN license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- TNCC certification
