Registered Nurse (PRN)

Job Summary
Provide treatment for work injuries or illnesses, including administering injections, spirometry, respirator fit testing, and diagnostic tests. Enter documents into electronic medical records and facilitate referrals for insurance, workers' compensation, and disability management. Assist the EHS team with assigned duties while managing ADA accommodations and return-to-work support. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, current state licensure, and CPR/AED/BLS certification. One year of occupational health experience is needed, along with proficiency in Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office. Flexible scheduling available for 1st shift coverage Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent for a Registered Nurse
- The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure
- CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
- Greater than one-year work experience, specifically in an occupational health setting
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
- The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
- A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Eligibility to Work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa
