Job Summary
Coordinates and delivers patient care using the health care team philosophy practice model. Coordinates and does patient teaching and discharge planning. Coordinates activities with ancillary departments. Maintains standards of department and the hospital. Reports to Nurse Manager or designee.
Required Qualifications
- Current Mississippi RN license (Registered Nurse)
- Active nursing license in good standing
- Ability to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Night and weekend shift availability
- Experience with patient teaching and collaboration with healthcare team
- Knowledge of hospital standards and interdepartmental coordination
