Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will act as a patient advocate, providing continuity of care through collaboration with the healthcare team. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs for adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients, formulating a goal-directed plan of care, implementing skilled nursing care, prioritizing patient needs, and efficiently managing emergency situations. The role requires documentation duties, team collaboration, effective problem-solving, and adherence to the centers Patient Rights policy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from accredited nursing program
- License as registered nurse in the state the facility is located
- Minimum of three years work experience as a staff nurse
- Maintains CPR/ACLS certification
