Job Summary

Conduct direct patient care at an onsite occupational health clinic serving a leading automobile manufacturer, including verifying patient information, performing preliminary physical tests, administering medications, and assisting with phlebotomy. Coordinate treatment plans with the onsite physician or nurse practitioner to set return-to-work goals, arrange referrals, and obtain pre-authorizations. Maintain accurate electronic medical records, manage inventory, and ensure equipment functionality while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Demonstrate the ability to recognize emergent situations and act promptly based on patient needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Comfort and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, including both client and One to One leadership and members of the interdisciplinary team
  • A passion for helping people and a desire to realize One to One's goal of patient-first healthcare
  • A self-starter, energized by dynamic operations and a willingness to tackle a wide range of challenges
  • The desire and ability to lead with compassion.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
  • Ability to follow written step-by-step instructions
  • Ability to concentrate, think, and learn
  • Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Compact State License or license in the state of the clinic's location.
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse Experience in coordination of patient care or case management and worker's compensation
  • Certified DOT urine collector, Certified in BAT, experience with audiometry, Titmus eye exam, spirometry, and phlebotomy
