Registered Nurse - PRN NOC Shift

Supervise staff, monitor patients, and implement treatments while developing care plans for long-term needs. Administer medications as ordered, observe resident responses, and promptly report adverse drug reactions. Document all care performed and observations in clinical records using standard guidelines. Communicate with resident physicians and complete assessments, progress notes, and flowsheets. Assist with emergency measures, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations. Maintain accurate narcotic records and initiate enteral or parenteral therapy as directed.
