Job Summary
Registered Nurse – PRN Nights in inpatient rehabilitation. Provides direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation), develops individualized care plans with the patient and family, and coordinates with interdisciplinary staff. Communicates changes in clinical condition to physicians and nursing leadership; participates in discharge planning. Requires active RN licensure and BLS certification. Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong verbal/written communication, organization, prioritization, analytical and critical thinking skills; detail-oriented with ability to meet tight timelines. Per diem night shifts with a comprehensive rewards package and competitive wage scale at Indianapolis Rehabilitation Hospital (EEO employer).
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
