Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in the NICU providing comprehensive patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team, involves patient and family in care planning and education, delegates and coordinates care, and demonstrates prioritization and time/resource management. Requires a BSN and active RN license with BLS; salary range $37.17-$56.17 hourly (annualized to $77,314-$116,834), part-time at Platte Valley Hospital in Brighton, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
- If using a compact license, must transfer to state of practice within 60 days of start date
- Less than 12 months of RN experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
