Job Summary
Onsite Health Nurse in a Medcor occupational health clinic (Whippany, NJ) providing primary clinical care in an occupational/urgent care setting, with supervision/oversight of the clinic and collaboration with client leadership. Duties include assessment and treatment of workplace injuries/illnesses per MCP protocols, EMR documentation, case management, pre-employment/post-offer screenings, OSHA record-keeping, and supporting onsite employee health and wellness efforts; requires RN licensure, CPR/BLS, strong computer/EMR skills, and excellent communication.
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure for Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong computer and EMR (electronic medical record) skills
- Ability to lift 50 lb
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
