Registered Nurse - PRN

Manage patient care and families through the nursing process, utilizing independent judgment and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Develop care plans using clinical pathways, delegate activities based on patient needs and team skills, and supervise delivery of care. Evaluate patient response to interventions, monitor progress, and revise plans as needed to prepare patients for discharge. Requires a Registered Nurse license with less than one year of experience.
